Dear Researchers and Academicians,
We are honored to invite you to the Symposium on Culture, Art, and Communication in the Digital World, organized by the Department of Communication and Design at Alanya University Faculty of Arts and Design. This year, the symposium is planned to take place both in-person and online on May 3, 2024, for the first time.
The dynamic interaction between technology and creativity has reshaped our cultural landscape in the digital world, opening up limitless possibilities. Digital media applications have become a defining factor in cultural transformation, bringing about radical changes in how we perceive and experience culture, art, and communication in the digital age. The reproduction of culture, art, and communication disciplines through digital media, as a crucial factor in shaping and transforming individual and societal relationships, necessitates a collective discussion on current developments and new approaches. In this context, the Symposium on Culture, Art, and Communication in the Digital World aims to explore the multifaceted intersections of culture, art, and communication; to address the continuous relationship between media and culture in the digital age in an interdisciplinary framework; and to discuss the interaction of media with cultural spaces and digital art in today's world.
With the Symposium on Culture, Art, and Communication in the Digital World, we aim to create a platform that facilitates the interactive sharing and discussion of scientific research and experiences with the contributions of academicians, researchers, and students working in the field of culture, art, and communication in Turkey.
